TOTP - Top Ten Celebs We Really Want To Listen To This Show

What really motivates Jon and Rob to Podcast is knowing that these ten people might well be listening to our show:-

  • 10 - Ozone and Turbo from Breakdance The Movie
  • 9 - Hurley from Lost
  • 8 - Edward Norton
  • 7 - Tim from Radio Clash
  • 6 - Clifton James
  • 5 - Daphne Zuniga
  • 4 - John Cusack
  • 3 - Mike Reid (aka Frank Butcher)
  • 2 - Gill Grissom from CSI (aka William L.Petersen)
  • 1 - Terry Silver from Karate Kid Part 3

If you know any of these people then please do us a favour and tell them about http://www.topofthepods.com - we'll be sitting and monitoring the topofthepods@gmail.com email account for one of these people to make us very happy. Imagine the look on our friends faces if we told them Terry Silver listens to our show.

I think you guys are celebrities, in a way. I mean, you have fans from all over the world who anxiously await your new shows each day. The only difference between you and real celebrities are that you probably have less money.

I haven't listened yet (saving it for bedtime) but I hope you mentioned his Highness of tartanpodcastia, Mark - now officially the owner of Scotland (christened thus at the Expo in California). He's a major celebrity now that he's my landlord !

BTW - nice new pic, Molly ! You're a celebrity too as the whole world now knows you as "The Lovely Molly" (c)- TOTP 2005 ;-)

Thanks, Grant! I still can't figure out why they call me that. Not that I'm complaining, mind you! :)

Seems like Libsyn has gone on strike again, we've got a show ready to go - just not a server. Sorry folkes.

Mr. T ain't dead, fools! He was on the radio just the other month schilling for Hanes' new "double tough" socks.

if you ever need a server in an emergency, just host it on www.ourmedia.com until the server folks play ball.

I'm a big Lost Geek-glad Hurley made your list(I'm on the Jack team) and Grissom is absolutely a must listener. Not only is he a cool 'dude', he is a big Chicago Cubs fan-Dusty Baker should have been on your list. Cusak is okay-but the rest of your list probably won't do much to promote your show in the US-never heard of them.

Funny confusion of John Cusack and Matthew Broderick. I really couldn't tell who they thought that they were talking about. I think that they were thinking of Matthew Broderick, but they actually listed some of John Cusack's movies like "Malkovich". Both are great actors, although Cusack in real life is a true Hollywood narcissistic blow hard.
