Every episode we read out a top ten list to listen to and also supply it on our web site. As we don't like to ruin any suprises for you we've hidden the actual lists from view, if you'd like to see them then click here to display the spoilers.
Each podcast is a top 10 list sent in by a listener, around 15 to 30 minutes long and covers a different topic each day. If you don't like todays show then chances are that the next show will be totally different. We keep our podcast family friendly and beep out any inappropriate content where possible.
